PMU (Permanent Make Up) refers to cosmetic tattooing techniques used to deposit pigment into superficial skin layers to enhance facial features with long‑lasting, natural-looking results.

  • Fine, delicate strokes that mimic the appearance of natural eyebrow hairs.

Laser tattoo removal is a quick, non‑invasive treatment that uses high‑energy laser pulses to shatter tattoo ink into fragments, which the immune system then gradually clears over multiple sessions.

  • For laser tattoo removal, the number of sessions needed are dependant upon the tattoo and range between 6-12 sessions for full removal. Lighter fade or prepping for cover‑up often requires fewer treatments, usually ranging 3-6 sessions. Treatments are generally spaced 6-8 weeks apart, allowing time for the skin to heal between sessions.

    For PMU, two sessions are standard and include the initial application and a follow-up ‘touch-up’ after 6-10 weeks to perfect pigment and shape. Results typically last 1-3 years, with variability depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and skincare routines. Touch-ups are usually recommended every 12‑18 months.

    For laser hair removal, most people require 6-8 sessions (sometimes up to 10) including top-up treatments later on. Treatments are typically spaced 4-8 weeks apart, depending on the area and your hair growth cycle. Maintenance treatments every 6-12 months are common.

  • A £100 deposit is required to secure any PMU treatment booking, deducted from the final treatment price.

    Up-front payment is required for all laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal appointments.

    Pre-treatment consultations, where necessary, are free and offered virtually.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel after the 7 day notice period, your deposit will not be refunded.

    To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 7 days notice.

    A cancellation fee applies to any appointments cancelled less than 7 days before your appointment. Your card details are automatically charged.

    Failure to show up for your appointment will also result in the loss of your deposit. If you wish to re-book, the full costs of the treatment will be required up front. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Aftercare is a key part of the healing process. At the end of your appointment, you’ll receive an aftercare flyer detailing everything you need to know to take care of the area.

I’ve been working in the PMU, laser and tattoo removal industry for over five years — which basically means I’ve spent half a decade fine-tuning brows, brightening skin, erasing old ink, and helping people feel their absolute best. Along the way, I’ve earned multiple qualifications (and maybe just as many coffee loyalty cards), and I’m always training in the latest techniques to keep my skills fresh.
