For laser tattoo removal, the number of sessions needed are dependant upon the tattoo and range between 6-12 sessions for full removal. Lighter fade or prepping for cover‑up often requires fewer treatments, usually ranging 3-6 sessions. Treatments are generally spaced 6-8 weeks apart, allowing time for the skin to heal between sessions.

For PMU, two sessions are standard and include the initial application and a follow-up ‘touch-up’ after 6-10 weeks to perfect pigment and shape. Results typically last 1-3 years, with variability depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and skincare routines. Touch-ups are usually recommended every 12‑18 months.

For laser hair removal, it is not possible to accurately predict how many sessions will be required to remove a tattoo. There are many factors involved, including the type and colour of pigment used, how deeply the tattoo has been placed into the skin, the age of the tattoo, its location and the client’s general health and immune response.

Many clients see a significant amount of fading after approximately 10 sessions, although some tattoos can be particularly stubborn and may require additional treatments.

Sessions are initially spaced at least eight weeks apart. Longer intervals may sometimes be recommended depending on the client’s healing, progress and treatment history.

A £100 booking fee is required to secure any treatment booking, deducted from the final treatment price. All booking fees are non-refundable.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without providing the required notice will need to pay the full appointment amount again before another appointment can be booked.

Pre-treatment consultations, where necessary, are free and offered virtually.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel after the 7 day notice period, your deposit will not be refunded.

To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 7 days notice.

A cancellation fee applies to any appointments cancelled less than 7 days before your appointment. Your card details are automatically charged.

Failure to show up for your appointment will also result in the loss of your deposit. If you wish to re-book, the full costs of the treatment will be required up front. Thank you for your understanding.

Aftercare is a key part of the healing process. At the end of your appointment, you’ll receive an aftercare flyer detailing everything you need to know to take care of the area.

Permanent makeup is normally completed over two appointments, and the final result cannot be properly assessed until both sessions have been completed and the skin has fully healed.

If a client is unhappy with their PMU treatment, complimentary laser removal will always be offered where suitable.

Failure to attend both scheduled treatment appointments will void any consideration of a full or partial refund, as the agreed treatment process will not have been completed.
